Zahrah Imtiaz (M.Sc. Sustainability (Sydney) and B.Sc. Environmental Science (Sydney)) is an independent researcher and a Research Associate at the Point Pedro Institute of Development, Sri Lanka. She comes from a background in journalism, having over seven years of experience across multiple media outlets. She possesses a keen interest in research, particularly topics relating to ethnic relations and national security, as she was exposed to these during her media career.
